This is next level. I love this!
Hi everyone – Lynn here. I had great fun building this game using Ren’Py. If you are interested in building games like this, check out my channel where I’ll be posting game dev tutorials: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZ2MeG5jTIqgzEMiByrIzsw.
Hope you enjoy playing the game as much as I enjoyed building it 😀
please make a video on regular expression from basics to advanced in python
I have being cursed… I’m only able to learn with ania, for some unknown reason her blonde hair unlock my learn skills.
Thank you for finding courage to share what you’re doing with us.
Lynn, thanx for efford for making the game, but i expected so much😪, i was thinking i can learn al coading through this game, but overall it was very pleasent
I’m from russia and i’ve just checked out what is “coffee shop background”. It’s coffe shop from Smolensk. I found this funny)
Early on Ania says I spent “over 25 hours on the music.” 😅 It was probably closer to 500 hours over the past 8 months. I am a jazz novice, and I did all the drums, bass, keys myself, and I had to learn mixing and mastering as well. I hope you enjoy the tunes. If you want me to upload the full soundtrack to YouTube + Spotify let me know with a like or comment. I am already working on more tracks for the upcoming 1.1 version release. EDIT: the full soundtrack is now up: https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/learn-to-code-rpg-soundtrack/
quincy u are just lit, please upload the music on streaming platform
This music is a VIBE man. I know some code already and I’m just playing for fun, but the music is definitely keeping me engaged
Could we kindly get a tutorial on Assembly language, it is the language with the least tutorial.
noice
I was like whaaat!? I can’t even finish one song in 25 hours. 500 hours makes a lot more sense. Great job on the music! It fits the mood of the game perfectly! Very beautiful and relaxing!
This channel is addictive 😍
Kudos to Mrs. Lynn and Ania, great great job!
I loved it 😁 was waiting for this type of video 💕
NOW THIS IS VERY VERY COOL!!!!
Your videos are amazing this is a really interesting way to learn what happens in the code world! You are incredible!
Hi
Finally, something I’ve been searching for so long! Glad you uploaded this
Correction: I’d say this is a Visual Novel rathe than an RPG
Looks fabulous, great job! 😊 ✨
Hi good morning
Thank you for such a useful video:)
What make me sad is that I’m soo stuck developing stuff like anti fraud software dont have time to do stuff like this, I wish to make a Carmen San Diego remake, it’s quite simple game.
I wasted thousands of dollars in college and learned nothing compared to what i learned here in this channel for free. You guys are amazing . You people deserve a noble prize for what you are doing here.
That is right free education should be applied everywhere this non_profit organization doing tremendous efforts to educate people to master coding
It’s really amazing! Love this game! I can feel that when coding the game like creating a new world.
This game looks very helpful. I managed to unzip the file but I can’t use it since my Chromebook doesn’t support the game .sh file. I’ve been told that I need to change the execution access but can someone tell me how to do that?
This is so nice. It really addresses a lot of the worries and struggles that people encounter when starting out with programming. I enjoyed the playthrough a lot. Thank you for all the work you put into this!
Is this game full already???? I played until I reached my first programming job but can’t continue anymore. Any updates?? Loved this game!
This game made me realize I shouldn’t try to get a web dev job after 50. Because I’m not sexual viable to those in power, I should instead pursue freelancing or some form of consultancy. Perhaps someday a later version of the game would include such a path.
Hi nice tutorial I created a visual novel in Ren’py. Do you have any tutorial on how to build a card build deck game? thanks.
