  1. Great informations. Thanks for all the awesome free content. There is just one little thing. At minute 10:30 you recommended a card in the customer care package to bring the customer back to your own website to increase the sales. That would be just great but as far as I know this is not conform with the Amazon terms of service and could bring some serious trouble for your Amazon account. Maybe they changed it and now you are allowed to do it but I cant imagine because you taking sales from AMZ

    1. Hi Marten! Great question. Amazon does prohibit sellers from attempting to divert or redirect shoppers away from the Amazon website (including calls-to-action in the product description, or giving buyers a discount for abandoning the Amazon sales process and re-purchasing on the seller site) but there are no explicit restrictions on including marketing messages within the delivery. That being said, Amazon could change the rules at any time so you’ll want to make sure you are fully adhering to their requirements at all times. I have been interested in taking a e-commerce marketing class and this motivates me to take it and will also help me in the near future once I’m ready to start up . Thank you -for the info very helpful .

  11. Great video JB! If starting a business to sell watch straps, is it better to have a product Page for each strap colour? To have more precise urls and more pages to index?

    1. Sometimes. However, most website platforms allow for variable URLs for variable products which will allow for organic ranking or direct traffic.
However, if the straps are different enough (not just color) it may be better to have standalone pages.
      Great question!
